Where do you ship?
We ship ground or air packages to all 50 US states and Canada. Additional shipping charges may be incurred on all orders sent to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We do not ship to APO/, FPO and P O Box addresses.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
We collect sales tax from you only if we are shipping to an address in New Jersey.
How do I redeem the promotional offer which I received?
All coupons are redeemed during checkout by entering the redemption code.
Can I pick-up my order?
Sorry we do not have pick ups.
What if I receive a defective product?
Please contact us at email@example.com to send us the defective unit, and we will send a replacement product upon inspection and receipt of the defective unit. All defective returns must be preauthorized by simplemicro.com. Unless specifically authorized in advance by e-mail, merchandise must be complete and repacked in the original packing material.
What if I don't like the product as much as I'd hoped?
If you are not completely satisfied with your product, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund. You will receive a full merchandise refund minus a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be preauthorized by simplemicro.com. Please contact us in advance at firstname.lastname@example.org. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Merchandise must be repacked in the original packing material and be complete.
