Your Account
Once you place an order on our website, you can come back to the site and login to your account by clicking the "login" link at the top right hand corner of the site. You will be prompted for your email address and the password you used when you placed your order. If you forgot your password, you can click the "Forgot Password" link and follow the instructions.
Once you are logged in, you can view your current and past orders. You can check your order status, your tracking info etc. Also, invoices can be printed from here. Most of your info including name, address, email address, etc., is stored, and you do not have to enter it all over again when you make orders again on the site.
Order Status/Track your order
You can view your order status at any time by logging into your account and clicking the link to the order you want to check. We process most orders the same business day. Please note that once you have your tracking info, you will only be able to track it on the UPS or DHL website's after midnight of the day it was shipped, as that is when the carriers (UPS or DHL) systems receives the info.
Request RMA (Returns)
If ever your product fails within the warranty period, we will gladly exchange it for you. You can also return it for credit/refund (please see the terms and conditions before requesting that here
Terms of Sale). You can fill in the
RMA Form and we will then send an email on how to send it back to us, along with instructions.
